Thank you for shopping with Natural Glow Theory. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume promotional periods.

Please note:

  • processing time is separate from shipping transit time;
  • orders placed after business hours may begin processing the next business day;
  • we may need additional time to verify payment, confirm order details, or address inventory issues.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States. If you later decide to offer international shipping, update this policy before accepting international orders.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Typical domestic delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment
  • Priority / Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after shipment, if offered

These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless we are running a free shipping promotion or offer a flat-rate shipping program.

5. Order Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Natural Glow Theory is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • carrier delays;
  • severe weather or natural disasters;
  • holidays or peak shipping periods;
  • customs or regulatory delays;
  • labor disruptions;
  • incorrect shipping information.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. verify the shipping address on your order confirmation;
  2. check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or your mailroom;
  3. look around the delivery location and safe-drop areas;
  4. contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Natural Glow Theory is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, except where required by law.

9. Damaged Shipments

  • photos of the damaged item(s);
  • photos of the outer packaging and shipping label; and
  • a brief description of the issue.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.

10. Split Shipments and Partial Fulfillment

In some cases, we may ship items separately if products are stored in different locations, are backordered, or require separate packaging. You will only be charged for shipping as disclosed at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

11. Preorders and Backordered Items

If you purchase a preorder or backordered item, estimated ship timing will be stated on the product page or at checkout when possible. Preorder and backorder timelines are estimates and may change.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder/backordered items, we may hold the order until all items are available, or ship items separately at our discretion.

12. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or other delivery issue not caused by Natural Glow Theory, we may:

  • charge additional shipping fees to resend the order; or
  • issue a refund for the product price only, less original shipping charges and any return shipping fees charged to us, where permitted by law.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations
